Office Building Stacking Plans
CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate company, listed a Class-A office building for sale and wanted to show prospective investors how many square feet of leased space would be expiring and coming to market in the next few years. They asked for an easy to understand graphic, so we traced a photo of the building and colored the floors to show the amount of space expiring each year. Why use a boring table when you can have a custom graphic?
Here's another stacking plan with a little more of a challenge. The building is very distinctive and the owners wanted to show the complicated facade of the building in the stacking plan. We kept chose an angle of the building showing the facade and a less complicated side of the building where we could overlay the expirations.
