AuthorStar Logo

The online article publishing company, AuthorStar, was looking for a quick logo comp during their startup phase. Office Building Stacking Plans

CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate company, listed a Class-A office building for sale and wanted to show prospective investors how many square feet of leased space would be expiring and coming to market in the next few years. They asked for an easy to understand graphic, so we traced a photo of the building and colored the floors to show the amount of space expiring each year. Why use a boring table when you can have a custom graphic?

Aerial Overlay

As Google Earth, Bing Maps and other online mapping services become more popular, more businesses are using maps to communicate with customers. Often, the ideal map is a customized version of the output from automated systems. In this case, a base aerial was customized with informational elements designed to focus attention on a specific area and pertinent demographics.
